The “Prototype: Opera/Theater/Now” festival in New York has added to its program the American premiere of “Have a Good Day!” by the Lithuanian composer Lina Lapelyte.
"Have a Good Day" looks at the inner lives and secret passions of a group of robot-like cashiers at a shopping center.
The production is by Operomanija, a group of independent poets, composers, directors, musicians and visual artists based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Take a look at the video bellow.
The festival runs Jan. 15-19 at Here, the Greenwich Village arts center.
