Former Lithuanian Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius tweeted that he will be going to Kyiv on Monday at the invitation of Vitali Klitschko to help the Euromaidan leaders in talks with the Ukrianian government:
Vitalijaus Klitschko kvietimu pirmadienį vykstu į Ukrainą padėti kalbose su valdžia. pic.twitter.com/jJCTDyhRAP— Andrius Kubilius (@AndriusKubilius) January 25, 2014
10 killed, over 50 detained (tortured?), thousands injured, no real dialogue btw gov & #euromaidan. Mediation should be offered & accepted.— Linas Linkevicius (@LinkeviciusL) January 26, 2014
I condemn the bloodshed. #Ukraine must stop any fight against its own people and resolve problems by means of diplomacy and negotiations.— Algirdas Butkevičius (@AButkevicius) January 23, 2014
And finally, to lift up your mood, watch the video below of Bel Canto Vilnius choir singing a Ukrainian song "Shchedryk" in support of Euromaidan.
"Fight for your dreams. We will always be with you "- Lithuanian musicians supported Ukrainians.
